The Prayer Team is expericing great joy as they lift missionaries, all aspects of PVBC and YOU to Jesus. Remember the Prayer Team is not a group you join it is anyone who comes at 7 or later to pray. leaves early or prays silently. Encourage Pastor Bob as we pray with him.

Retired Women, as you’re aware, the holiday season is here! Thanksgiving is just around the corner with Christmas close on it’s heels! There are lots of gatherings, parties and programs to be enjoyed! With that in mind, we decided to combine our November and December meetings. We don’t want anyone to be so busy and overwhelmed that they forget to focus on the true meaning of Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Come join us for a holiday gathering on Tuesday, December 4th in the church Conference Room from 11:30- 3:00 pm.  We’ll be singing carols, listening to a Christmas Story, making a Christmas craft and having an ornament exchange, along with enjoying appetizers and favorite Christmas goodies together!

Here’s what we’re asking you to bring:
1.Your favorite savory, (not sweet), appetizer. This will be our meal.
2. A small plate of your favorite holiday goodies. (cookies, candy)
3. $5 or less ornament for the exchange. Please have it wrapped or in a gift bag. On the name tag, just put your name, not who it’s for.
4. A friend, relative or neighbor that could use encouragement and fellowship during this season. The holidays are a hard and lonely time for many. Included in Biblical Community is reaching out and sharing God’s love in tangible ways. Please pray about who you could bring.

We’re looking forward to enjoying this special time with all of you!
Mark your calendars now!!

Church family, Thank you for all your support, prayers, volunteering, and donations. We received 478 shoeboxes from Hamilton county, Hordville, Sutton, Central City and Grand Island. God beat our previous years’ totals of 423 and 421. What a blessing to be used by Him to share His love to children all over the world! We had 176 shoeboxes from our church…individuals, TNT club, youth group, and donations for packing party.  Love, Heath, Jen and girls.
